Who You Talk To

Greecewhole Septic does not employ septic technicians. When you reach out, your request goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local business. It has its own staff, trucks, insurance and prices.

You will be told which business is contacting you. If it is not clear, ask.

What Happens After You Ask

  • You describe the problem: the signs, how long they have lasted, and your address area.
  • Your request is routed to a provider that serves that area.
  • The provider reaches out, asks follow-up questions and schedules a visit if needed.
  • You receive a written quote.

Request a callback to check provider availability. Hours vary by provider, and many providers can respond quickly, but timing is set by them, not by Greecewhole Septic.

What to Ask a Provider

A short list keeps the conversation efficient:

  • What is included in the quote, and what could change it?
  • How large is my tank, and when was it last pumped?
  • Will you inspect the baffles, pump and drainfield, or only the tank?
  • Do you handle emergency septic cleaning if a backup happens?
  • What permits apply to this job?
  • How long is the work expected to take?
  • Can you provide notes or photos that help with an insurance claim?

For a sewer line, also ask whether a camera inspection is part of the price.

Signs Worth Mentioning

Providers work faster with details. Mention gurgling pipes, slow drains in several fixtures, odors indoors or outside, standing water over the drainfield, and any recent heavy storms. If your home uses a private well, say so. Some providers also offer water well service.

You Are in Control

A request is not a contract. You can compare quotes, ask questions, say no and walk away. No obligation. If something feels off, ask the provider to explain it in writing. Costs vary widely by job, so a second quote is reasonable.

Send a short description of what you see. The sooner a small sign is checked, the smaller the fix tends to be.
