How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Greecewhole Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Greecewhole Septic
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have an issue with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by raising it with the provider and keep a written record.
Still let us know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Greecewhole Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or decide things on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@greecewhole.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if known
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
